    How long does shipping take?

    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery across Nigeria typically takes 3–7 working days. International shipping times vary.

    Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₦50,000 within Nigeria. For smaller orders, delivery fees apply and are calculated at checkout.

    Yes! If your order hasn’t been dispatched, reach out to us immediately via our contact form or WhatsApp. We’ll do our best to update it before it ships.

    If your order is delayed or doesn’t arrive, please contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.

    What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, Paystack, and Flutterwave. All payments are securely processed.

    Absolutely. Fakons uses encrypted payment gateways to keep your data secure. We never store your card information.

    Currently, we only accept one payment method per transaction. However, we’re working on installment options soon!

    Payment is charged as soon as your order is confirmed. If there are any issues, we’ll notify you immediately.

  • Returns & Exchanges

    Do you accept returns?

    Yes! Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact.

    Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number. We’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.

    Final sale items, discounted products, and worn clothing cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
