All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation. FAKONS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

Returns & Exchanges

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and hats are non-returnable.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service. All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning risk of loss passes to you once items are handed over to the courier. FAKONS is not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels marked as delivered, or customs clearance delays.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges based on their country’s laws.
