1. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods for domestic and international orders:
Standard Shipping - EVRI/ROYALMAIL:
Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days for domestic orders and
7-14 business days for international orders.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be clearly displayed during checkout.
2. Processing and Cancellation Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and a tracking number issued, we are unable to cancel
the order.
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us at
support@fakons.com.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, destination, and shipping method selected. The total shipping cost will be shown during checkout before final payment.
4. International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. Delivery delays due to customs clearance are outside of our control.
